The converted farmhouse is situated inside the area of a golf course and the faunal Oasis of Magliano, in panoramic position dominating golf courses and a wide 10 hectare lake.

The structure has 10 rooms ( 15 rooms and 3 flats up to 2006 ) all equipped with bathroom, TV, fan and air–conditioning. Every room is furnished with fine and ancient pieces locally hand made decorating the buildings that date back to the XVIII century, all carefully restored.

B&B accommodation is available in single, double or three bedded rooms; the half board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner ( prices below).

50% discount for all Golf course Federation card owners on all sport facilities and agreed discount for 18 hole courses of Cervia, Rimini and Castel S.Pietro. Beginners golf players can have free admission at the training courses and executive holes and, booking in advance, can attend approaching classes available at special prices.

Week holiday packages include a wine- gastronomic night ( including typical dishes and best local wines) in local charming restaurants or farms members of the circuit of the local Wine & Dine Route through the Hills of Forlì and Cesena . For week-end guests a wine-gastronomic night is available, booking in advance, with a supplement of € 10.
